I hesitated before I ordered this, because I've always thought wild strawberries should be eaten as they are when you pick them and not messed with. But I am glad I did order. The flavour is exquisite and brings back memories of happy pickings in the Finnish archipelago.

One need not apply it to toast in too thick a layer - just a little will be more than enough to provide for a red rainbow to blossom within one's mouth. Much gratitude and respect to those who foraged and prepared this delicacy. One can tell that a lot of love and care went into this gem.

Dear god, this is the best jam I've ever had. Not too sweet. SO MUCH FLAVOUR. Worth it.
