Wild Riverbank Grape Jelly
Wild Grapes have for many centuries been a part of the Canadian landscape. More than 20 different wild grapes species are found in North America. Our wild grapes are small and are produced from the river or river-bank grape, which has a strong sharp exceptionally full flavoured taste. Although preferred by grape lovers on bread or toast it is ideal for in sauces or glazes for fowl and game in many recipes.
