Pickled Wild Leeks
Our pickled Ontario wild leeks (Allium tricoccum) are picked by first nations harvesters in Algoma Ontario using progressive long term harvesting practices that guarantee a healthy and non threatening harvest that encourages more growth than what is taken. These are bulb only, flavoured with a touch of maple syrup salt for an extra-crunchy quality. Still crunchy and full of wild leek flavour packed in 212 ml and 500ml jars
