No. 1 Ontario Pure Honey
The only honey we offer is the unpasteurized, coarse filtered, pure honey produced by expert beekeepers with bee yards located along the Niagara Escarpment in Mulmur Township. The bees forage for nectar where they live, on a wide variety of wildflowers that grow far from cultivated fields. This includes some clover but their preference is the blossoms of hardwood trees, especially the heavenly scented linden (basswood) and black locust. The colour of the honey varies throughout the year. It is graded No. 1 White or No. 1 Golden.
