Syrups

Our syrups are made from pure wild fruit to showcase the flavour of
the fruit or flower, not the sweetness. All of them (except maple and
birch) are made with pure organic sugar. These syrups are very versatile
and can be used on ice cream, in a pie with fruit, on a fruit salad,
or as a drink with soda water or an alcohol, such as vodka or sparkling
wine. Flower syrups are full flavoured but delicate and, with the exception
of rose petal syrup, should not be used in recipes that require a lot
of heat.
