High Bush Cranberry are bright red berries that grow across most of Canada on bushes four to eight feet high. They are not related to bog cranberries and are sometimes called squash berries. These strong musky flavoured berries are well suited for game and wild fowl dishes as a sauce, glaze, or added to a gravy.
